Pave the way (literally)

The room and facilities are great, and the buffet is just superb.

The road going in and out of the hotel is just terrible. It is an alley with an unpaved road akin to an ATV course (with muddy puddles all over)

Maybe the best location on the island

Location and facility the hotel is absolutely fantastic. The staff is well trained and ready to help you with any single question I have. The dishes for the breakfast are extremely good, prepared and well served. The hotel is managing the queue for the breakfast very polite and professional way.

I stayed is the hotel for six nights, but I wish to stay much longer. Maybe next time.

It could have been a perfect stayed, if the road was fixed.

The hotel itself is nice!

On the way to the main entrance of the hotel, the road is ridiculous!!! The road was so disturbing, due to the unfinished pavement..????‍️????‍️????‍️ It was a headache just to go in and out of the road.

Fabulous hotel with incredible staff

Incredibly accommodating and friendly staff. Choice of pools was great. Fabulous buffet breakfast with huge choice of food.

It’s beach front that’s why I like it and it’s more convenient in all stores.

There was no sleeper in the hotel room.

Would visit this hotel again for sure! As long as they’re wifi gets faster.

The transfer service was good and efficient. Our room was a good size nice and big. The location was amazing right in the middle of all the zones so you could easily walk wherever you wanted. Pool a good size.

The wifi was extremely slow - me and my partner could barely use the wifi at all because it would not load.

Jewel at Station 2 of Boracay

Staff, location and amenities are outstanding. Breakfast is superb. My regards to the staff of the restaurant, like Rutchell and her colleagues, who made our breakfasts an absolute delight. And the transfer service which I opted to take for the family's convenience was seamless.

Great location, awesome service and nice rooms. But the facilities were not good enough.

Service especially from Jira. She was extremely patient and helpful. Location was just perfect. Rooms were cleaned and well maintained

Pools were too small and crowded. Breakfast had a lot of variety but very Asian and the quality of the food wasn’t very good. Also no room service for 24 hours

Excellent location, clean rooms and lovely staff

I wish breakfast would have more healthy options such as avocado, salmon, turkey etc. Lot of deep tried or Chinese/Korean type of food. Also I wish the breakfast would be open until 10:30AM not 10:00AM. We had a perfect room with ocean view. Absolutely loved it! Receptionist/Concierge Alexia was very helpful and friendly.

One of the housekeepers told us at that breakfast is open until 10:30AM but when we showed up 10:06AM then it turned out it was actually closed (until 10:00AM only). Luckily restaurant supervisor/manager offered to make us omelette. We were happy with this option! Servers were very lovely but kitchen staff who cooked the omelette, looked very annoyed. Please make sure all your staff knows the opening hours. Also I requested an amenity in the room when I booked the hotel as we were celebrating 5 years anniversary. Unfortunately it was not noted. We didn't feel our stay was personalised.

Modern, well thought out plan, hygiene and cleanliness, but above all the impeccable, professional and prompt service with a smile that each and every employee and hostess provided us during our stay, making it a memorable experience. We would wholeheartedly recommend the place to friends and family, as a matter of fact two different family members are planning to stay there in the near future.

Be stick, 3 star hotel

-They refused to amended our reservation. -Our bookind was king size bed but they said not avaliable, waited for 3 hours for king bed. -Car entrence hard to find. -Sky pool bar waiters are very rood. -Breafast limited choices, not as other international 5 star hotel. -No mini bar at room

love everything about hennan palm

I like everything, the view, the pool access room and the food also the very friendly and accommodating staff esp. angie and alexa

only we couldn't extend the date of our stay.. we loved boracay and our hotel that we extended our trip but unfortunately there's no more available room or we couldn't extend our stay in the room given to us upon check in even if we already told them days ahead that we are going to extend although the front desk tried their best to look for availability online for us.. so we ended up booking to another hotel instead.. it still hennan but we preferred hennan palm.

Pool Access, Great Food, Great Pool

I didn't get the rooms with the pool access thinking it wouldn't matter so much but to be honest it's really nice. You should get it if you can. The staff are super accommodating, plus the food is great! A lot of healthy options with a bit of Korean and Chinese, options. The beach in front of the hotel is really clean and not that crowded, too.! Just a bit of a walk going to D'Mall. Bring a floaty for the fun pool!

There aren't any units that have beach front access. That's it, basically.

The place is beach front hotel just a few minutes walk to DMall. The staff are courteous, and accommodating. When we arrive around 10am, we were informed that there are available rooms and we can have early check-in. The facility is neat and modern. We booked room with pool access, it was spacious and the bed is really comfortable. The con is during the day, you can somewhat hear the kids and other noises at the pool area.

The breakfast is more on Asian/Oriental, would love if you would add a little more variety of Western/American.

This Henan is one of the newest Henan report chain and the rooms are clean and new. Everything was great the breakfast buffet, employees are polite and helpful .

There was one thing we noticed that needs to be fixed our door where there are caulking were cracking and chipping off when the door shuts after a few times.
